At Beauty Exchange Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty tools and chemical products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside to prevent damage during transit.
